Since the first light bulb was turned on in rural America decades ago, your electric cooperative has been committed to bringing you safe, reliable and affordable electricity. And we’re just as committed today to make sure the energy that power’s your world continues for future generations.
As part of a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, you’re connected to a national network of not-for-profit utilities that exist for one reason: to serve our member-owners. We’re not here to make a profit; we are here to serve and make sure you have the energy you need to power your life. Our local network of electric cooperatives serve over 250,000 consumers in a 40,000 square mile radius throughout eastern South Dakota and western Minnesota.
